草书二字扇面·二Two Characters in Cursive Script II (calligraphy fan)

A calligraphy fan. Two large characters in cursive script sit side by side across the middle of the sheet, read from right to left, in rich, glossy ink and rounded, turning strokes. The right-hand character stands on a tall, straight vertical with small strokes answering it on either side, then circles back and closes with a firm dot and a sweeping stroke; the left-hand one begins in a looping movement, drops a long vertical, and wraps a great round curve to its right, where the brush runs dry and streaked at the end.

Two small characters, the signature and a square seal are at lower left, with an oblong seal at the right. One character lean, the other full, the pair leave the paper open around them.

此为书法扇面。中部草书大字二个，自右至左横列，墨色浓润，笔势圆转。右字左旁竖画挺立，两侧点画呼应，右部回锋盘旋，末以一点一捺作结，顿挫分明；左字以环转之笔起势，一竖贯下，右侧大弧圆满如抱，收笔处飞白丝丝可见。左侧小字二个，其后署款，钤方印一枚，右侧另钤长方印一枚。

两字一瘦一丰，一敛一放，四围留白开阔，与左侧小字大小相形，章法简洁而有余韵。
